  • How do I book a chalet?
    You can book a chalet here: Book Now , or by contacting us directly via email: info@chalet-h.vip
  • What is the check-in/check-out time?
    Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, we have on site, heated and covered parking, which includes an electric vehicles charger.
  • Is skiing the only activity available?
    There are plenty of activities inside and outside the Chalet H. You can enjoy walking, restaurants, clubbing, hiking, private tours like hot air balloon or a helicopter ride, snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating etc. In the summer there is plenty of hiking, walking, fishing and more. Inside the Chalet-H you can relax in the Spa with Hammam and Sauna, a jacuzzi/pool and a gym. You can also enjoy the games room with most recent gaming consoles or play a game of pool, table tennis or even your own casino night. There is a state of the art Cinema Room for you to enjoy the latest movies and series too!
  • Do you offer ski lessons?
    We can help you find experiences instructors for all levels of skiing/snowboarding, from beginners to advanced. Subject to availability.
  • Is there a spa on-site?
    Yes, we have a spa on-site. Our spa features a sauna, steam room, and Michael Phelps model of hot tub/pool. We can help arrange massage treatments (subject to availability).
  • What is your payment and cancellation policy?
    Short term cancellation policy (For stays under 28 nights): Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. In addition, we offer a non-refundable option—guests pay 10% less, but the booking is non-refundable no matter when cancelled. Long-term stay cancellation policy (for stays of 28 nights and longer) Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
  • How many people can the chalet accommodate?
    Our chalets can accommodate up to 16 guests. Babies and infants are welcome.
  • Is the chalet equipped with kitchen facilities?
    Yes, our chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils.
  • Is housekeeping included?
    Yes, for every 7 day stay the housekeeping service will be provided twice a week, on days 3 and 5 of the stay. For longer stays, housekeeping will be provided every 3rd day. Additional arrangements can be made with the Chalet-H Team if you would like more frequent housekeeping services.
  • How do I book a chalet?
